High temperature pulse dust collector is a dust removal equipment based on the principle of gas backflushing. The working principle is as follows:
1. Air intake treatment: The smoke and harmful gases generated by the smelting furnace enter the high-temperature pulse dust collector through the flue. The primary filter pre-treates large particles to avoid damage to subsequent components.
2. Gas purification: After pre-treatment, the gas entering the high-temperature pulse dust collector enters the main components. The equipment is equipped with a series of filter bags inside. When gas passes through the filter bag, smoke particles are trapped outside the bag, and the purified gas enters the purification room through the filter bag.
3. Pulse ash cleaning: The compressed air in the purification room generates a high-pressure pulse through the controller, which is sprayed onto the surface of the filter bag by the blowing pipe. This high-pressure pulse will rapidly expand and compress, forming a shock wave that removes the smoke particles outside the filter bag and causes them to fall into the lower ash hopper.
4. Smoke and dust treatment: The fallen smoke and dust are discharged through an ash hopper, and the equipment is regularly cleaned to maintain its dust removal efficiency and stability.
