Dry desulfurization technology

Dry desulphurization technology is a method that uses dust or solid sulfate as a desulphurization agent to absorb the flue gas, effectively separate the absorption liquid, and effectively separate the liquid residue, and recycle the desulphurization solution. Dry desulfurization technology is divided into two processes: First, limestone, gypsum as desulfurizer, the use of absorption tower to absorb sulfur dioxide in the flue gas, and convert it into gypsum and other substances; Secondly, lye is used to stir the slurry in the absorber, and alkaline solution is formed in the reaction tank to oxidize the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas. This method has the characteristics of high desulfurization efficiency and low investment cost.
