Process flow of smelting furnace dust collector

The dust removal system mainly consists of a dust hood, flue, electric valve, bag filter, fan, chimney, and electrical control. The smoke and dust generated by the aluminum mixing furnace are collected by the dust hood, and then enter the long bag low-pressure pulse bag filter through the regulating disc valve and air inlet pipe. The dust is blocked outside the filter bag, and the dust collected by the bag filter is discharged by the ash discharge valve and recycled into the ash storage bin.
