Dry desulphurization and ammoniac-free low-temperature catalytic denitrification integration technology process flow: the flue gas comes out of the kiln, and then the desulphurization and denitrification device filled with solid desulphurization agent completes the desulfurization task, and an ammoniac-free denitrification catalyst is installed on the desulphurization agent to complete the denitrification function. The flue gas containing sulfur and nitrate is effectively removed through the desulfurization and denitrification tank, and the sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas are effectively removed to meet the requirements of the manufacturer and the local environmental protection department, and then discharged into the chimney by the induced draft fan. The denitration catalyst and desulfurizer in the device reach desulfurization saturation in the first part of the bottom layer and are discharged from the bottom lofting valve, and fresh desulfurizer is added to the top to supplement. At the same time, in order to ensure the standard of dust, the system is equipped with the corresponding dust collector system.

Pure ammonia free low temperature catalytic denitration technology does not use ammonia, is the use of catalyst denitration rather than oxidant to direct chemical reaction denitration. First, oxygen and nitric oxide in the flue gas catalyze the reaction on the catalyst to produce nitrogen dioxide, which is reduced to nitrogen by carbon monoxide generally present in the flue gas and produces carbon dioxide.
