The gas after the initial separation (coarse) of the BF bag dust collector enters the box by the lower end of the dust collector box inlet, the larger dust particles will naturally fall into the ash hopper by their own weight, the smaller and the particles will be dispersed in the filter chamber filter bag gap, thus being blocked on the surface of the filter bag, and the filtered clean gas is sent to the user by the pipe network. With the progress of filtration conditions, the dust filter attached to the surface of the bag increases, the filter bag resistance gradually increases, when the filter bag resistance value reaches the upper limit, the system can automatically open the net gas blowback valve, the net gas into the plenum for blowback filter bag, so that the filter bag from the suction deflated state into an expanded state, so that the dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag to the ash bucket at the lower part of the box. The dust in the ash hopper is discharged through the ash valve. When the resistance value of the filter bag reaches the lower limit, the control system automatically closes the net gas blowback valve, stops the blowback ash cleaning, and the dust collector is put into the purification and filtration operation.
