1. Working principle of gravity dust collector
Gravity dust collectors use gravity to separate particulate matter. When the flue gas passes through the dust collector, due to the decrease in flue gas velocity, the particulate matter is subjected to gravity and settles to the bottom of the dust collector.
2. Working principle of inertial dust collector
Inertial dust collectors use inertial force to separate particulate matter by changing the direction of flue gas flow. When the flue gas flows through the dust collector, due to the change in flow direction, particulate matter is subjected to inertia force and deposits on the inner wall of the dust collector.
3. Working principle of filter dust collector
The filter dust collector utilizes the pores and surface of the filter material to capture particulate matter. When smoke passes through the filter material, particulate matter is captured by the filter material, and clean smoke is discharged through the filter material.
