Biofilm
Biofilm is a double ionospheric membrane with the layer spacing of nanometer, which can maximize the ductility of water molecules and has strong charge absorption. The biofilm sprayed on the surface of the material can attract and agglomerate small particles of dust, and make them polymerize into large particles of dust, which will settle with the increase of its own weight; The dust removal rate of biofilm dust suppression technology can reach more than 99%, and the average operating cost is 0.05~0.5 yuan/ton.
Clouds and mist suppress dust
Cloud dust suppression technology is through high pressure ion atomization and ultrasonic atomization, can produce 1μm~100μm ultra-fine dry fog; The ultra-fine dry fog particles are fine, and the contact area with the dust particles is fully increased. The water fog particles collide and condense with the dust particles to form agglomerates. The agglomerates continue to grow larger and heavier until they settle naturally at the last moment, so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating dust. 30%~40% of the dry fog particles are less than 2.5μm in size, and the control effect of fine particles pollution in the atmosphere is obvious.
Wet dust collection
The wet dust collection technology absorbs the air attached to dust through pressure drop, and dedusts under the double action of centrifugal force and the mixing of water and dust gas. Key designs such as unique impellers provide higher dust removal efficiency.
gravity
Using the principle that the specific gravity of dust and gas is different, the purification equipment that makes the dust settle naturally from the gas by its own gravity (gravity) is usually called the settling chamber or the birth chamber. It is a relatively original purification equipment with simple structure, large volume, low resistance, easy maintenance and low efficiency, and can only be used for crude purification. The working principle of the gravity dust chamber is that the dust-bearing gas enters the settling chamber from one side at a uniform speed V in the horizontal direction, and the dust particles sink down at the settling speed V. After running t time, the dust particles settle at the bottom of the chamber. The purified gas is discharged from the other side outlet.
Inertia
Inertia dust collector is also called inertia dust collector. Its principle is to use the dust and gas in the movement of the inertia force is different, the dust is separated from the gas. Generally, some form of obstacle is set in front of the dusty air stream, so that the direction of the air stream is dramatically changed. At this time, due to the inertia force of the dust is much larger than the gas, the dust particles are separated from the air flow, and the purified gas is discharged after a sharp change in direction. This type of dust collector has simple structure, low resistance (10-80 mm water column), low purification efficiency (40-80%), and is mostly used in the first stage of multi-stage purification, concentration equipment in purification or in combination with other purification equipment. The most commonly used inertial precipitator is the louver type. It is suitable for purifying air containing non-viscous, non-fibrous dust, and is usually combined with other kinds of dust collectors to form a unit
Cyclone separator
Working principle: The dust-containing gas is imported from the inlet between the shell and the exhaust pipe of the dust collector to form a rotating downward external swirl. The dust suspended in the outer swirl moves to the wall under the action of centrifugal force, and with the outer swirl flows to the lower part of the dust collector, and is discharged by the dust exhaust hole. The purified gas forms a rising internal swirl and exits through the exhaust pipe.
Application scope and features: Cyclone dust collector is suitable for purifying non-viscous, non-fiber dry dust greater than 5~10 microns. It is a kind of purification equipment with simple structure, easy operation, high temperature resistance, low equipment cost and resistance (80~160 mm water column), and cyclone dust collector is the most widely used in purification equipment.
