Dry Ash Storage And Transportation System

The ash storage system adopts a large ash bin with a cylindrical structure, and the lower part of the ash storage volume adopts a conical ash hopper. The box is equipped with an inspection manhole. The ash bin is designed, manufactured and accepted according to GB150 "Steel pressure Vessel", but it does not report for inspection. The ash bin material is Q235-B, and the air intake is located in the middle and upper part of the straight section of the large ash bin. The bag dust removal device is provided inside, when the net gas is used as the backblowing medium, the backblowing gas is purified. And a set of dust cleaning device is equipped to remove the dust on the filter bag.
The top is provided with an overpressure relief device, which is composed of a safety valve and a nozzle.
The top is equipped with a dispersing device, and the purified mixed gas in the large ash bin is discharged through the dispersing pipe.
The steam insulation coil is arranged on the lower conical ash hopper to a high ash position. The ash hopper is heated and insulated to prevent the temperature less than 130℃, condensation and dust agglomeration, affecting the normal progress of ash discharge. The upper part adopts positive oval head, and the lower part is discharged by ash ball valve and impeller feeder, and the dust is humidified by humidifier, and then transported by ash truck. Humidifier (including machine supporting equipment) and above equipment are provided by the seller.
The overall heat preservation of the ash bin is made of composite aluminum silicate felt with good heat insulation performance and galvanized iron sheet. The ash hopper under the box is also provided with a steam coil to prevent condensation.
The ash level is measured by three RF admittance points, upper, middle and lower, installed on the large ash bin, and two sets of bin wall vibrator and nitrogen cannon are provided.
