Compared with electrostatic precipitator technology, bag filter technology started late. Through the introduction of foreign technology and digestion and absorption, my country's bag type dust removal technology has made great progress. Various bag type dust collector technologies are becoming more and more advanced, perfect and complete. Filter material technology, dust cleaning technology, accessories, etc. have gradually formed an industrial scale. The performance of some bag-type dust removal equipment has reached the international advanced level. The dust emission concentration of the dusty waste gas filtered by the bag filter can reach 5mg/m3, and the investment, operation and maintenance costs are gradually reduced, and the life of the filter bag is continuously extended. As my country's requirements for flue gas pollution control continue to increase, bag dust removal technology has been more and more widely used and is in a stage of rapid development.
(6) Electric bag and electric bag composite technology is on the rise
With the continuous improvement of the country's requirements for industrial smoke pollution control, electrostatic precipitator technology is facing severe challenges. Some enterprises that originally used electrostatic precipitator equipment had to transform electrostatic precipitator equipment into bag-type dust collector equipment because they could not meet the emission requirements.
